Ordinance No._�� <br />By Mr. <br />AN ORDINANCE ORGANIZING THE FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />BE IT ORDA3NED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That from and after the effective <br />date of this ordinance the Fire Department-of the Village <br />of North Olmsted shall be composed of the following officers <br />and other members: <br />1. A Chief of the Fire Department. <br />2. Two (2) captains. <br />3. Not to exceed four (4) regular firemen. <br />4. Not to exceed twenty -five (25) volunteer firemen. <br />Section 20 -The compensation of said members of <br />the Fire Department shall be that compensation fixed in the <br />Salary Ordinance for their respective positions. <br />Section 39 This ordinance is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure, the emergency being that it is. <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of public health, <br />peace, safety-and welfare ,that this ordinance be passed at <br />once and shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage. <br />Passed: , , 1950. <br />
