A. Beebe as Treasurer of the <br />Village of Iorth Olmsted, Ohio, in the sum of Five Thousand Dollars <br />(; 5,000.00), with the Title Guaranty a- S.:rety Co:"x-)any of Scranton, <br />Pennsylvania, as surety tj-.ereon, be azd same is a,pnroved. <br />Be it resolved: That the Street Commissioner be and is hereby <br />instructed to notiftr all persons not to allow loads of ray to remain upon <br />the pavemont of streets within this Village for a period of more than four <br />(4) hours unless occasioned by breamge to ccnve-,ranee. <br />Be it resolved: That the County Corr- issioners fora a new tm7nship <br />whose bcandaries should be identical with boundaries of Forth Olmsted <br />Village. <br />Be it resolved: That the Council of this Village file with the <br />Board of Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, an amended petition con-- <br />tainin ; such description of the territory that r_o;r remains wi thin the <br />Village boardaries as may be proper therefor. <br />Be it resolved: T -hat as the speed limit allowed by lair for running <br />of automobiles in this Village is beinC exceeded ru-id violated by employees <br />of manufacturers in testing their m=Mnes, running of automobiles at <br />excessive speed in this Village should bo prohibited. <br />Be it resolved: That the open ditch running do-:in Dover Center iioad <br />in this Tmmshi,n being a County ditch and said road a County road, it is in <br />Its present condition declared to be a public nuisance and dangorous to <br />public safety -and Board of County Commissioners are requested to abate it. <br />Be it resolved: T -,-zt by laying a gravel ;calk on the easterly side <br />of Dovor Cantor Road, the Village of Irorth Olmsted shall r a?ro no nlwi= of <br />title to lands w %ero said sidewa.lI: is to be laid. <br />i ■ <br />Be it resolved: 'what the plot of Butternut RidMe Cemetory as r <br />prepared by J.
