,0 <br />I <br />{ <br />'I <br />t <br />Resolution No. 1045 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF ORSON UPP AS EXTRA DEPUTY <br />MARSHAL. <br />VdHEREAS the Mayor has appointed.Orson Upp as <br />an extra deputy marshal to serve as jailer, and <br />WHEREAS this Council-desires to approve said <br />.appointment, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of.North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Orson Upp. <br />as Extra Deputy Marshal to serve as jailer.be and the <br />same is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The term of said Orson Upp as <br />Extra Deputy Marshal shall begin on the date of his <br />appointment by the Mayor and continue during the pleasure <br />of the Mayor and Council. <br />Section 3. The compensation of said Orson_Upp <br />as Extra Deputy Marshal shall be that compensation <br />fixed in the Salary Ordinance for Extra Deputy Marshal. <br />Section 4.
