Resolution No. -1032 <br />By Mr. Decker <br />A RESOLUTION <br />DIRECTING THE CLERK TO SMMIT THE ANNUAL BUDGET TO THE <br />COUNTY AUDITOR AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 5625 -22 OF THE <br />GENERAL CODE. <br />WHEREAS the Auditor of Cuyahoga County has <br />heretofore furnished this Council with necessary blank <br />for annual budget, and <br />WHEREAS said budget as prepared by this <br />Council in its tentative, form,was advertised as required <br />by law, and <br />V9HEREAS_said .budget is .now ready for final <br />adoption, <br />NOW.. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />x of the Village of. North ,Olmsted, .Ohio,., three- fourths of <br />all members elected thereto concurring: <br />Section 1. That said budget as now prepared <br />is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.. The Clerk be and he is hereby <br />authorized, and directed to 'submit said budget to the <br />County Auditor as required by. law. <br />` Section 3.
