Resolution No. 1024 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE SETTLEMh_NT OF THE CLAIM OF E. 0 ANDERSON <br />FOR DAMAGE TO A HORSE. <br />WHEREAS a horse owned by E. 0. Anderson sustained <br />an injury by stepping into a hole on Butternut Ridge Road, <br />and <br />WHEREAS this council believes it would be to the <br />best interests of the Village to settle said claim, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Solicitor be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to settle the claim of E. 0. <br />Anderson for injuries to his horse for the sum of $50.00, <br />the said E. 0. Anderson to to furnish the Village with <br />a release of all claims. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by <br />law. <br />Passed: June 20, 1939. <br />er yor <br />
