North Olmsted hereby objects to the <br />schedule of rates filed with the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Ohio <br />by The East Ohio Gas Company for furnishing of gas to the Village and its In,- <br />habitants for the reason that said rates are unseasonable; gust and exorbitant. <br />B0. 909. Be it resolveds That the appointment of lax Nrugman as a volunteer fire- <br />man be and the same is hereby approved. <br />170. 910. Be it resolveds That the Clerk be authorized to advertise for bids for <br />electric street lighting in accordance with plans and specifications. <br />10. 911• Be it resolved: 0&at the Governor of Ohio be requested to include a <br />message to the coming Session of the General Assembly the matter of considering <br />granting of authority to County Commissioners to adjust special assessments <br />levied by counties for county roads and state highvVe in accordance with <br />benefits to the lands assessed* <br />NO. 9126 Be it resolved: That the 2yor and Cleric be authorized to execute a <br />contract with The Cleveland Electric Illuminatinrg Company in accordance with <br />terms of the bid for fifty —two 100 candle power street lamps, <br />NO. 913. <br />a• 9160 <br />ITO* 917s <br />Be it re3olvad: That the County Auditor place the following bonds with <br />interest outside the ten mill limitations Road Improvement Bonds; Road Improve- <br />ment Bonds; Fire Department Bonds; Parz Improvement Bonds and General Refunding <br />Bonds. <br />Be it resolved: That the Solicitor be authorized to take necessary action <br />to compel Norman and Beatrice Atkinson in the operation of their bus lino under <br />certificate of convenience and necessity No0 5754 to comply with their agreement' <br />not to pick up passengers in Fairview Village. <br />Be it resolved: That the Cleric be and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />to borrow X900000 from the ISotor Vehicle Fund for the General Fund. <br />Be it resolved: That the County Auditor be and he is hereby authorized <br />to omit from the special assessment levy any assessments less thap 0140• <br />Be it resolved: That appropriations in the following funds be transferreds <br />]rotor Vehicle License Fund; General Fund; M=Ioipal Bus Fund; Cemetery Fund; <br />Safety Fund; Service Fund; and Safety Fund. <br />..89. <br />
