Resolution No. �� 0 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AGREEING TO MATCH STATE FUNDS FOR RELIEF PURPOSES WITH <br />.LOCAL FUNDS UNTIL JUNE 302 1939. <br />11HEREAS there have been provided funds from <br />sales tax for'poor relief, subject to the political sub- <br />division matching said sales tax funds for poor relief, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Council hereby agrees <br />to match with local funds the funds provided from sales <br />tax for poor relief until June 30, 1939. <br />Section 2. This council hereby agrees to <br />pass the necessary legislation, when notified by the County <br />Auditor that funds are available under House Bill No. 91, <br />to appropriate local funds for matching purposes. <br />Section 3. The Clerk be and is hereby <br />authorized and directed to mail a copy of this resolution <br />to the County Auditor. <br />Section 4. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed <br />by law.. <br />Passed: March 219 1939.. <br />er or <br />
