7ION SOL N0. <br />Introduced D <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDI4i A CONTRACT FOR ELECTRIC STREET <br />LIGHTING IN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLUSTED, OHIO, TO <br />THE CLEVELAND ELECTRIC ILLUMINATING COMPANY. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the advertisement for bids for electric street <br />lighting in the Village of North Olmsted,.Ohio, for a period of one (1) <br />year, the following bid only was received: <br />The proposal of The Cleveland Electric I laminating Company to furnish <br />45 or more elect is street lamps at $y.�0 per annum each for 100 candle <br />power lamps; /er annum each for 250 candle power lamos er <br />annum each for 0 candle power lamps; and said bid is in due and pro er <br />form and in accordance with the specifications and the advertisement there- <br />for; and is the.lowest and best bid: <br />Now BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, <br />Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio: <br />1. That the proposal of The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company <br />for electric street lighting in the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio, be and <br />the same is hereby accepted; and that the Mayor and the Clerk be, and they <br />are hereby duly authorized and directed to execute a contract with The <br />Cleveland Electra3r Illuminating Company,, in accordance with the terms of <br />said bid forS6 " 100 candle power strest lamps at locations shown on plat <br />Of our specifications. <br />2.
