■ <br />M <br />i <br />By Mr. Decker <br />i <br />A RESOLUTION <br />REQUESTING THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMIISSIONERS TO SPONSOR f` <br />A WPA PROJECT FOR THE EXTENSION OF BROOKPARK ROAD FROM <br />MASTICK ROAD TO CENTER RIDGE ROAD. <br />vmEREAS this Council desires the County <br />Commissioners to open up Brookpark Road, from hastiak <br />Road to Center Ridge Road, <br />NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the <br />Council of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That -the Board of County Commis <br />sioners be and they are hereby requested to revive or <br />re -enact legislation necessary for sponsoring a VIPA <br />project for the extension of Brookpark Road, from hastiek <br />Road to Center Ridge Road. <br />Section 2. The Clerk be and he is hereby <br />directed,to send a copy of this resolution-to the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall takeeffect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period <br />allowed by lava. <br />Passed: December 20, 1938. <br />// / / w <br />
