■ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 980 <br />A SOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ELECTRIC STREET LIGHTING <br />SAS, it is the opinion of this Council that electric street lighting should <br />be provided on the streets, roads, avenues, alleys, ways, bridges, parks and public <br />91 "Inds of the .riling -e of Nnrth�im ^�i � , Ohio; and <br />M <br />IMAS, plans and specifications have been drawn to cover the requirements of <br />this municipality; and <br />MEREAS, these plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, <br />are hereby approved and made a part hereof. <br />ZtO;I BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the�,Villat�e of North .41" tPd <br />County of CirrahoEa. , and State of Ohio, two - thirds of all <br />webers elected thereto concurring. <br />SECTION 1. That the Clerk of the Village y of North Olgpted , <br />gene \�, Ohio, be and he is hereby authorized to advertise in a newspaper of <br />al circulation for two consecutive weeks for bids for electric street lighting <br />in accordance with the attached plans and specifications. <br />SECTION 2.
