i <br />RESOLUTION -- <br />_ _. <br />10. 749. Be.it resolved: That the -Mayor and Clerk.be- .authorized to enter into a <br />contract with the School Board of Fairview Village for- -.the transportation of <br />pupils to and from schools of Fairview Village, for five cents each for a ride, <br />covering school year of 1935 and 1936• <br />N0. 750. Be it resolveds That special assessments in the sum of 033.26 on property <br />located at intersection of Hall Road and Lorain Road now used as a dedicated <br />public thoroughfare and known as portion of Hall Road are hereby cancelled. <br />170. 751. Be it resolveds That certain regular assessments and reassessments be and <br />are hereby approved, and the Clerk is directed and authorized to certify same. <br />BO. 752. Be it r6solveds That the Clerk be authorized to transfer certain appro- <br />priations in the General Fund to Clerk in the same Fund. <br />FO. 753. Be it resolveds That the .Auditor of Cuyahoga County transfer and put on <br />f ' <br />0. 7540 <br />the duplicate all special assessments and all taxes levied on the parcel land <br />deeded to Susan Leick which was a part of the public park of the Village; to <br />parcel known as North Olmsted Park. <br />Be it resolved: <br />That the Clerk be <br />authorized to <br />sell <br />the small safe in <br />his offioe,' for which <br />the Village has no <br />further use for <br />the <br />sum of 05.00. <br />It% 755. Be it resolved: That the 2 yor and Clerk be authorized to purchase <br />vitrified pipe to be used for drainage of Clague Road. <br />t0. 756. Be it resolveds That Council hereby certifies that funds will be available <br />A�• 757. <br />l <br />R�• 758, <br />to. <br />$0. 7600 <br />for re- assessments on property which has been re- assessed for purpose of retiring <br />02660.00 of Special Lssessment Bonds and accrued interest for year 1936.. <br />Be it resolved: That the Clark be authorized to release the following <br />security to The Cleveland Trust Company of Clevelands Mortgage of Charles E. <br />and Freida Holden in sum of 02,850.00. <br />Be it resolveds That the position of Village Solicitor for the Village is <br />hereby created, and that Guy R. 9lheeler, attorney -at -law, be employed as Village <br />Solicitor for the Village for years 1936 and 19370 <br />Be it remiveds That the Mayor be authorized and directed to purchase a <br />typewriter and desk. <br />Be it resolveds That the bid of General Motors Trunk Company to lease, <br />rent and hire to the Village for a term of thirtien months, the following <br />44- <br />■ <br />
