Be it resolved: That the Mayor. and Clerk be authorized to enter int a <br />contract with Harvey Eaton for the dumping of rubbish on his premises for the <br />sum of 190000, for period beginning April lst, 1935 and ending April ist' 19366 <br />t0. 730. Be it resolved: That contract for pwhase of police car be aaarded to <br />Be E. Voelker Ina* and that MWor and Clerk be authorized to sell the 1933 <br />model Ford now used by the Police Department. <br />• 731. Be it resolved: That Myor and Clerk are'he *eby authorized to enter into <br />€ a contract granting Park Concession to E. E. Kennedy for the season of 1935' <br />I <br />ending December 31st, 1935, for the sum of 090.00. <br />E <br />f - <br />RO. 732. Be it resolved: Counaii requests and urges the Advisory Committee to <br />recommend improvement of Clague Road by an adequate sewage system. <br />�0• 733. Be it resolved: That a certified public accountant be employed to examine <br />the books and records of the munioipal bus line from February 1, 1931 to date and <br />examine and report on findings of State Examiner relative to the municipal bus line <br />and to examine and report on statement made by General 256tors Corporation. <br />�• 739. -Be it resolved: That it is necessary to levy a tax of three mills in excess <br />s <br />a <br />of the ten mill limitation for current expenses for said year. <br />
