Be it resolved: That Council hereby requests the State Highmy Department to improve and resurface the center strip of Lorain Road from Stearns Road west to the County Linea Be it resolved: That Council go on record as unanimously protesting the passage of the proposed Senate Bill No. 40 and House Bill No. 122 pending before the General lssemp17 of the State of Ohio. Be it resolved: That the Cleric be authorized to advertise for bids for gasoline for the mnnloipal busses which bids will be received on April 4;` 1939. Be it resolved:- That the Clerk be authorized to advertise for bids for sale of bonds in the sum of $18'000.00 to be issued for payment of outstanding accounts and notes incurred prior to the current year. Be it resolved: That Council hereby agrees to match with local funds' the Rinds provided from sales tax for poor relief until J%we 30" 1939. Be it resolved: That there is hereby appropriated from the General Fund the sun of $678.89 for matching money for poor relief to be used upon receipt from the County of $678.89 held by the County under House Bill No. 91. �0. 10120' Be it resolved: That the offer of Siler, Carpenter & Roose to purobase at par and accrued interest $18;000.00 tax deficiency notes of.the Village; be approveda n0. 1013.
