N <br />Resolution No. 1487 ' <br />By Mr. Oldham <br />A RESOLUTION <br />!� AUTHORIZING A TMIPORARY PERMIT FOR A DAY NURSERY, <br />REVOCABLE AT THE PLEASURE OF COUNCIL, TO VIRGIL E. <br />CARNELL, 5295 DOVER ROAD. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor be and he <br />is hereby authorized to issue a special permit for a <br />day nursery, revocable at the pleasure of Council, to <br />Virgil E. Carnell for property located at 5295 Dover <br />Road. <br />Section 2. This resolution.shall take <br />effect and be in force from and-after the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />Passed: August 19, 1947. <br />
