I� <br />i <br />Resolution No. 1476 <br />By <br />s <br />J A FESOL7210N <br />APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF ROY tidALl uR AS A <br />PART TIM DEPUiY MARSHAL. <br />MERrAS the Mayor has appointed Roy Walker as <br />a part time deputy marshal as of the i day of <br />1947, and <br />4"JfI'r,RLAS this Council desires to approve said <br />appointment; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council. of ' the Village j <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio: i <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Roy ,`;balker <br />as a part time deputy marshal be and the same is hereby <br />approved. <br />Section 2. That the term of said Roy Talker !. <br />as "a part time deputy marshal shall begin on the date !' <br />of his appointment by the Mayor and continue during the <br />pleasure of the Playor and Council and in accordance <br />with the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br />Section 3. That the compensation of Roy Walker <br />shall be that compensation heretofore fixed by Council <br />for part time deputy marshal. <br />Section 4.
