VaMREAS the Mayor has appointed Marshall Lloyd as <br />an extra bus driver as . of the day of , <br />1947,.and <br />VMREAS this Council desires to approve said appoint - <br />ment; now, therefore, <br />BB IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Marshall'Lloyd <br />as an extra bus driver be and the same is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The term of Marshall Lloyd as an extra <br />bus driver shall begin on the date of his appointment by <br />the Mayor and continue during the pleasure of the Mayor <br />and Council. <br />Section 3. The compensation of said Marshall Lloyd <br />as extra bus driver shall be that compensation heretofore <br />fixed by Council for an extra bus driver. <br />Section 4. This resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Passed: June 3, 1947. <br />
