Section 9. This resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure, the emergency being that it is <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of public health, <br />peace, safety and welfare and for the daily operation of a <br />municipal department of the Village, that this resolution <br />be'passed at once and take effect and be in force from and <br />!� after `its passage. <br />Passed; May 6, 1947. <br />lw� <br />Mayor <br />
