Resolution No. 1469 <br />By Mr. Biddulph <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE `APPOINITIENT OF, CLIFFORD BIDDULPH AS <br />j FULL TIME DEPUTY MARSHAL <br />f <br />WHEREAS the Mayor ha.s appointed Clifford <br />Biddulph as a full time Deputy Marshal as of the 16th <br />day of May, 1947, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to approve <br />said appointment; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />Village of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment of <br />Clifford Biddulph as a full time Deputy Marshal be <br />and the same is hereby approved. <br />Section 2, That the term of Clifford <br />Biddulph.as full time Deputy Marshal shall begin on the <br />date of his appointment by the Mayor and continue during <br />the pleasure of the Mayor and Council -and in accordance <br />with the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br />Section 3. That the compensation of <br />Clifford Biddulph shall be that compensation heretofore <br />fixed by Council for full time Deputy_ Marshal. <br />Section 4. This resolution shall take <br />effect and be in force from and after the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />'u11 <br />
