1 <br />1 E <br />l <br />Resolution No. 1449 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPOINTING ED H1KSON ON THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS. <br />WHEREAS the term of Ed Higson as a member of <br />the Zoning Board of Appeals has expired on January lst, <br />and <br />I EREAS this Council desires to reappoint Ed <br />HiXson as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals <br />for a period of three years, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That Ed HiXson be and is hereby <br />appointed as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals <br />for a period of three years beginning on the effective <br />date of this ordinance. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in. f or ce from and after the earliest : period <br />allowed by law. <br />Passed: January 7, 1947. <br />Mayor <br />
