t <br />t <br />I <br />Resolution No, <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />`} REQUIRING ANDREW KLAMM TO REMOVE AN OBSTRUCTION FROM ROSE DITCH <br />WHEREAS Andrew Klamm has placed an obstruction. <br />in Rose Ditch where Rose Ditch crosses the property owned by Andrew Klamm in the Village of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio, and <br />WHEREAS the s ame caius es the water in Rose <br />Ditch to back up and. obstructs the flow of said water; not, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, State. of Ohio:. <br />Section 1. That Andrew Klamm be and he is <br />hereby required to remove the.obstruction from Rose Ditch where <br />Rose Ditch passes through the property of Andrew Klamm; said <br />property being located in the Village of North Olmsted, County <br />of Cuyahoga and.State of Ohio. <br />Section 2., The said.Andrew Klamm is hereby <br />notified that if he does not remove said obstruction within <br />ten days after service of notice upon him, the Village will <br />do the'same at the expense of said Andrew Klamm. <br />-- Section 3. The Clerk be and he is hereby- - <br />authorized and directed to notify Andrew Klamm, 3159 Vilest 106th <br />Street, Cleveland, Ohio, of the passage of this resolution <br />by serving a copy of said resolution upon the said Andrew Klamm, <br />Section 4. The said Andrew-Klamm be and <br />he is hereby directed to remove said obstruction from Rose <br />Ditch within ten days after service of notice of the passage <br />of this resolution. <br />Section 5.
