■ <br />Resolution No. 1572 <br />By Mr <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AMENDING SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION NO. 1534 PASSED SEPTEMBER 14,19480 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That Section 3 of Resolution No. 1534 <br />entitled "A Resolution Confirming the ApRointment of Adam <br />Wershing as Assistant Building Inspector passed on the 14th <br />day of September, 1948, be and the same is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />"Section 3.' The compens4tion of.said Adam Wershing <br />as Assistant Building Inspector shall be $260.00 <br />per month." <br />Section 2. That original Seotion3. of Resolution - <br />No. 1534 be and the same is hereby repealed. <br />Section 3. This - resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure, the emergency being that it is <br />necessary for the daily operation of a municipal department <br />of the Village and . for the , immediate preservation of public <br />health, peace, safety and welfare that this resolution be <br />passed at once and shill.take effect and be in force from <br />and after its passage. <br />Passed: August 2, 1949. <br />mayor <br />i <br />
