3 <br />Resolution No. 1566 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />PROHIBITING THE USE OF LAKE WATER FOR SPRINKLING LAWNS <br />BETWEEN. THE HOURS OF 9 :00 AM. AND 9 :00 PM. DURING THE <br />SUMMER MONTHS AND VMILE THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF WATER <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the use of lake water for <br />9 „ 9 <br />sprinkling lawns in the Village of North Olmsted between <br />the hours of 9:OO.AM and 9 :00 PM during the summer <br />months,and while there is a shortage of water, is hereby <br />prohibited. <br />_ Section 2. Any person who violates the provisions <br />of ,this resolution shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and <br />upon conviction thereof shall be fined not to exceed 125.00. <br />Section 3. This is an.emergency measure, the <br />emergency being that it is nedessary - for the immediate <br />preservation of public health, safety, peace and welfare, <br />that this resolution be passed at once and shall take <br />effect and be in force from and after its passage. <br />Passed: June 21, 1949. <br />Mayor <br />
