Resolution No. /.rte �y <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />r APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF RUSSELL F071LER AND ED. BILEK <br />AS INSPECTORS ON STREET JOBS. <br />WHEREAS the Mayor has appointed Russell Powlor <br />and Ed. Bilek as inspectors on street jobs, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to approve said <br />appointments; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Russell <br />Fowler and Ed. Bilek as inspectors be and the same is <br />hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The compensation of said Russell <br />Fowler and Ed. Bilek as inspectors shall be $1.40 per <br />hour for time actually performed. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall, take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />Passed: June 21, 1949. <br />er '' mayor <br />
