Resolution No. 1548 <br />By Mr._ <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF ROY WALKER AS FULL TIME <br />DEPUTY MARSHAL <br />IL <br />WHEREAS the Mayor has appointed Roy Walker as <br />a full time deputy marshal as of the day of , <br />1949, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to approve said <br />appointment; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment, by the Mayor, <br />of Roy Walker as a full time deputy marshal be and the same <br />is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. That the term of said Roy Walker <br />as.full time deputy marshal shall begin on the date of his <br />appointment by the Mayor and continue during; the pleasure <br />of the.Mayor and Council and in accordance with the statutes <br />of the State of Ohio. <br />Section 3. The compensation of said Roy Walker <br />shall be that compensation fixed by Council for full time <br />deputy marshal. <br />Section 4.
