Resolution No. 1543 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF HARRY HIRD AS A <br />PART. TIME DEPUTY MARSHAL <br />WHEREAS the Mayor has appointed Harry Hird <br />a part deputy marshal as of the day of <br />1948, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to approve <br />said appointment; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />Village of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment of Harry <br />Bird as a part time deputy marshal be and the same <br />is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The term of said Harry Hird <br />as part time deputy marshal shall begin on the <br />date of his appointment by the Mayor and continue <br />during the pleasure of the Mayor and Council and <br />in accordance with the statutes of, the State of <br />Ohio. <br />Section 3. The compensation of Harry Bird <br />shall be that compensation heretofore fixed by <br />Council for part time deputy marshal. <br />Section 4.
