I <br />■ <br />Resolution No.�� <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION . <br />REQUIRING BUS DRIVERS OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MUNICIPAL BUS LINE TO TAKE MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. All applicants for a position as a <br />bus driver of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall <br />.be required to take a physical examination before being <br />employed, and all bus drivers now employed shall take <br />a physical examination within sixty days after the effective <br />date of this resolution, and thereafter once every twelve <br />months said bus - drivers shall take a re- examination. <br />Said examinations are to be made by a physician designated <br />by the Village Council and the cost of said examinations. <br />is to be paid by the Village. <br />Section 2. Any bus driver who, in the opinion <br />of the medical examiner, is physically unfit to operate <br />a bus shall be suspended until said medical examiner <br />finds that his physical condition has improved sufficiently <br />to permit him to operate a bus. <br />Section 3. Any bus driver refusing to take such <br />physical examination shall be dismissed from service. <br />Section 4.
