Resolution No. 1536 <br />By Mr. Biddulph <br />is <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING TIE MAYOR AND CLERK TO PURCHASE A NEG'J POLICE <br />CAR FOR NOT TO EXCEED 42500.00. <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement, no bids were <br />received for a police car, and <br />V1HEREAS it is necessary that a police car be <br />purchased for the Village; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the .Village <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor and Clerk be and <br />they are hereby, authorized and directed to purchase a police <br />car for the Village at a cost of not to exceed 442500.00. <br />Section 2.
