<br />a Resolution recently adopted by the Governing Body of the
<br />Village of North Olmsted, Onio .favoring the decontrol of rents.
<br />in that Village. BASed on this Resolution, an amendment to the
<br />rent regulations has been issued, effective today, removing
<br />FEderal rent controls from the Village of North Olmsted. A
<br />copy of the amendment is enclosed.
