<br />The minutes of Oct. 18th vaere read and api,,roved.
<br />Petition signed by 512 property owners and residents of the
<br />Village vras received, requesting that rent controls be lifted.
<br />Resolution #1582 YduS introduced by iJr. Baumgardner. A Resolution
<br />to provide for the termination of the rent control in the Villa,?;e
<br />of North Olmsted, Ohio. Moved and seconded that'the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read irnmediately the
<br />second and third timea and put on its passage. The Affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows., Baumgai°clner, Biddulph,
<br />Bidwell, Crider, Kramer, Romp. Thereupon the resolution was
<br />read the second and third times and put upon its passage and
<br />the affirmative vote thereon was as follotivs., Bau.mf;ardner,

<br />ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put

<br />ing a8ainstvchanging the zoning in that area was received and
<br />referred to the Planning Commission.
<br />Moved by Tir. Kramer seconded by IYIr. Romp thAt the Engineer
<br />be inatructed to make a pencil sketch of the Lorain Road frontage
<br />from the Fairview line to Columbia Road in re?;ards to Zoning.

<br />Geo. Boesger Jr complained about an open ditch on the Fairview
<br />North plmsted line. The matter was referred to the Ditch
<br />Committee. Geo. Boesger Sr sent a communication objecting to changing the
<br />Zoning of Lorain and W. 231st St.
<br />Mr. Leasegang of 23977 Lorain Road complained about a fence on
<br />the I';Ziller property being over 4 ft high. The i'.ayar advised
<br />he would have the Police Dept investi?ate the matter.
<br />:hir Packe of 3183 W. 231st street complained about the condition
<br />of the same ditch Gco. Boesger Jr clid. The matter was referred '
<br />to the Ditch Com.?nittee. 14r. Dufola of 3220 'N. 231st St stated that P:ir. Schemerich had _
<br />f311ed in the ditch east of VV. 231st St._
<br />birs. r,2onroe stated that there should be sidewalks on South
<br />Columbia Road f'or the School Children to vralk on. P,ioved and
<br />seconded that the En,ineer make a surney of sidewal??s on

<br />Petition for a vrater line on Selhurst was received, and the
<br />Engineer reported that over 60 % of the property owners had
<br />r sir,nEd the petition.
<br />1.10ved and seconded that the Engineer prepare plans and
<br />sPecifications for a water line on Selhurst Road. "Yeas''

<br />The EnGineer reported that the estipnated cost ofa water
<br />main on Dover Center Road tivould be w5.4321 per oot.
