Ordinance #$54 was introduced by Ur. Lewis. 11n Ordinance repealing Ordinance <br />#853 passed October 30, 1950. It was moved and seconded that the above Ordinance <br />be adopted as read. "Yeas" Baurr?;ardner, Hatton, Kraa:ier, Lewis, Paddock, Scott. <br />Ordinance #$55 S^PaS introduced by Dr. Leiris. An Ordinance re?ulatin? hunting <br />in the Village of North Olmsted. It was moved and seconded that the statutory <br />rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read irmnediately the second and third <br />times and put on its passa3e. The affirrsative vote on said motion was as follows: <br />Bauri;ardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock, Scott. Thereupon the Ordinance <br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage, and the affirmative <br />vote thereon was as follows: Baum;ardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock, Scott. <br />TheEngineer reported on a curb in front of the Bushnell Building, stating , <br />that it could either be a curb or posts, No action will be taken until the <br />ma.tter can be taken up with the merchants. <br />The Engineer also reported that the estimated cost of a sidewalk 5t wide on the <br />west side of Dover 'ioad was 41.90 per foot for each side. <br />Resolution #1685 was introduced by 1,Ir. Baurqgardner. A Resolution declaring it <br />necessary to construct a sidewalk on the west side of Dover lioad between <br />Lorain i3oad and Butternut Ridge Road. It was noved and seconded that the statu- <br />tory rule be suspEnded-and the Resolution be read inunediately the second and <br />third times and put on its passaoe. The affirmative vote on said rrotion was <br />as follows: Baum;ardner, Hatton, Krsmer, Lewis, Paddock, Scott. Thereupon the <br />Ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage, and the <br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer, I,ewis, <br />Paddock, Scott. It was moved and seconded that the Zi:ayor and Clerk be authorized to purchase <br />twelve 11D3AD rP1D" street signs. "Yeas" Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock <br />Scott. <br />Mx. Baumgardner reported that there imuld be a Transportation Committee meeting <br />with theDriverst Co:raaittee on November 15th. <br />Mr. Hatton0 Chairman of the Planning Comynission reported that at their raeeting <br />October 240 1950 they considered the reqixest of I4rs.
