<br />Bond of Cooper Construction Company in the amount of $17.,000.00 by the Mid-
<br />western Indemnitg Company of Cincinnati., Ohio was approved by the following

<br />The Engineer reported that.the final estimate of cost of constructing a water
<br />main on Silverdale Road #l is $3.6912 per foot.
<br />The En?ineer reported th?.t the estimated cost of a water main on 'alter Road
<br />from Maple Ridge Road to a point 806 feet northerly is 405.5199 per foot.
<br />Ordinance #$41 was introduced by Mr. Paddack. An OrdinancQ deterrnaning to
<br />proceed with the street lighting in the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio, in
<br />accordance with the plans and specifications on file with the Village,Clerk,
<br />It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />Ordinance be read irrnnediately the second and third times and put on its passage.

<br />constructing therein a water main. It was moved and seconded that the statutory
<br />rul.e be suspended and the Ordinance be read immediately the second and third

<br />Dr. Lewis brought up the problem of trucks parking on Loraa.n Road•close to
<br />East Park Drive, making it a safety hazard. The Mayor said he would instruct
<br />the Palice Department to erect a sign prohibiting parking on IArain Road within
<br />100 fee+, of East Park Drive.
<br />The Solicitor reported that he had investigated taxes on Flehearty ibad and
<br />that everyone was paid up.
<br />The Engineer was instructed to order the plans for the Flehearty water main.
<br />Resolution #1665 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. A Resolution declaring it necessary
<br />to improve Flehearty Road from Lorain Road to the south end by constructing
<br />therei.n a water main. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be sus-
<br />` pended and the Resolution be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative wte on said motion was as follows: Baum-
