<br />Minutes of a meeting of the Council of
<br />The Village of North O-lmsted.
<br />Present were D. L. Douglass, Tlayor, H. K. Bidwell, L. F. DecIter,
<br />A. Fawcett, G. Oldhan, G. Stearns.. Mr.`a`To;ies vras absent.
<br />The minutes of June 2nd were read and approved.
<br />Resolution =1088 was introduced by Tvir. Stearns. A Resolution
<br />authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to enter into contract with
<br />N. 0. Soft Ba11 League. Moved by Nr. Stearns, seconded by
<br />Mr. Oldham,that the statutory`rule be suspended and the resolu-
<br />tion be read immediately the second and third times and put
<br />on its passage. The affirmative vote on said rgotion was as
<br />follows, Bidzvell, Decker, Fawcett, Oldham, Stearns. Thereupon
<br />the resolution vJas read the second and third times and put upon
<br />its passage nnd the affirmative vote thereon was as follovrs,
<br />Bidwell, Decker, Fawcett, Oldham, Stearns.
<br />Ordinance #578 was introduced by r1ir. Decker. An Ordinance
<br />fixing the maximum rate for electricity in the Village of
<br />Ivorth Olmsted for a period of four years, and repealing
<br />OrdinancQ # 426. 'Nioved by Mr. Decker seconded by TJIr. Oldham
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be
<br />read ircunediately the second and third times and put on its. passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as'follows,
<br />Bidwell, Decker, Fawcett, Oldham, Stearns. Thereupon the
<br />Ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon
<br />its passage and the affirmative vote thereon vras as follovls,
<br />BidvJell, Decker, Fativicett, Oldham, Stearns.
<br />`Resolution 1089 was introduced by PJIr. Decker. A Resolution
<br />tranaferring appropriations. P+Toved by Pdr. Decker, seconded by
<br />Mr. Oldham that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolu-
<br />tion be read immediately the second and third times and put
<br />on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />follotvs, Bidwell, Decker, Fawcett, Oldham, Stearns. Thereupon
<br />the resolution was read the,second and third times and put upon
<br />its passage and the affirmative vote thereon wag as follovag,
<br />Bidvzell, Decker, Fawcett, Oldham, Stearns.
<br />The matter of;Brook Park Road extension was discussed, the Council'
<br />conaidering legislation to request the'State and County to go ahead
<br />with said project. ;
<br />The following moneys were received. $67.27 tangible and intangible
<br />taxes. $3043.21 bus receipts.
<br />Pay ordinance #483 was passed by the follovring affirmative vote,
<br />Hidwell, Decker, Oldham, Fawcet, Stearns.
