<br />Present were D. Douglass, P-2ayor, H. K. Bidwell, L. F. Decker, A Fativicett,
<br />G. Oldham, G. Stearns, G. Tomes.
<br />The minutes of March 19th w;;re read and approved.
<br />Resolution #1082 was introduced by.P,111r, Decker. A Resolution request-
<br />ing the State Hightivay Dept to resurface and widen Columbia Road in
<br />Tlorth Olrlsted Village. ', oved by rhr. Decker seconded by rd7r. Bidwell
<br />that the above resolution be adopted as read. t'Yeas" Bidtivell, `
<br />Deeker, Favrcett, Oldham, Stearns, Tomes.
<br />Iqr. Dick Thomas of the Pdorth=Olmsted Sportsmens Club stated that in
<br />his opinion the•Sportsments Club vrould not care to have the f'No Hunt-
<br />ingrt Ordinance changed.. .
<br />Petition from Martin Drive residents was read requesting that, their
<br />road be repaired and i;1proved. '
<br />A dele;ate from Root RoAd requested that Root Road be repaired.
<br />Two informal bids were received for the stand at the Park.

<br />Resolution #1083 was introduced by .1.1r. Stearns. A Resolution award-
<br />ing the Park concession to Paul Passig for the 1940 season. 147oved
<br />by P.Zr. Stearns seconded by 1Qr. Decker that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />follotivs, Bidwell, Decker, Fawcett, Oldham, Stearns, Tomes.' Thereupon
<br />the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its
<br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as, follotvs, Bidvrell,

<br />Resolution 7#11084 c;as introduced bg Mr. Bidviell. A Resolution granting
<br />permission to the Ohio Bell Telephone Co., to remove, renevr, straight-
<br />en all existing poles and anchors. Iioved by Ty2r. BidwQ11 seconded by
<br />Mr. Oldham that the 3bove resolution be adopted as read. "Yeas"

<br />The r.?;ineer reported that the Schrimshaw Ditch from Cla--ue Road to
<br />the east villige line would require 24inch vitrified sewer, pipe vrhich
<br />recently sold for $1.26 per foot, also that there is 1600 feet from
<br />North Olmsted Village line to the main ditch.

<br />ted to advertise for bids for gasoline requirements, bids coming due

<br />Street Committee be authoriZed to act as agent for Village in the

<br />The Bond of Carl Fiaettich by the American Surety Co., in the arsount of
<br />51000.00 was approved.
<br />The following moneys were received.0446.21 sales tax. $65.70 Building
<br />ermits. $9.25 advertising in Busses. $20.00 cemetery receipts.`
<br />?2611.40 bus receipts.
<br />PAy Ordinance #478 was' passed by the following affirmative vote,
<br />Bidivell, Decker, Pwacctt, Oldham, Stearns, Tomes.
