Tomes. <br />The 41inutes of Feb. 20th v°rere read and approved. <br />In accordance vrith advertiser,ient in Suburban TZej°rs the <br />follotiving bids were reeeived for new busses. <br />The Illhite Co., model 786 _ ?9952.10 <br />General IJlotors Co: , 9216.43 : <br />• A eertified cheek for 4?200.00 accompanied each bid. <br />Resolution #1077 was introduced by Mr. Oldham. A Re2olution <br />accepting the bid of the General Iaiotors Co., and`authorizing <br />the Yiayor and Clerk to enter into contract for tvro busses. <br />Moved r>y Mr. Oldham, seconded by Mr. Decker'that the statutory <br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative - <br />vote on sa3.d motion vias as follows, Bidwell, Decker, Fawcett, <br />Oldham, Tomes. Nays`-'Stearns. Thereupon the resolution was <br />read the second and third times and put upon its passage, and <br />the affirmative vote thereon was as follotivs,- Bidviell, Decker, <br />Fasvcett, Oldham, Tomes. An Ordinance <br />regulating the business of housing, caring for, nursing, or <br />feeding for compensation, invalids, children, aged or individ- <br />uals adjudged or classified as feeble-minded, insane, a lianatic <br />imbecile, or idiot within the corporate limits of tha Village <br />of Dtorth Olmsted.
