Oct. lst 1940. <br />TAinutes of a meeting of the Council of the <br />Village of North Olmsted, Ohio. ' <br />' Present were D. L. Douglass, PYZayor, H. K. Bidwell, L. F. Decker, <br />A. Fawcett, G. Oldham, G. Stearns, G. Tomes. <br />The minutes of Sept. 17th vJere read and approved. <br />Resolution #1101 was introduced by Mr. Bidwell. P. Resolution <br />saving the State of Ohio harmless from any and all damages <br />and claims thereof arising from or grotiving out of the improve- <br />ment of S. H.` #541, sec. G and North 0lmsted (part) in Cuyaho- <br />ga County: rtloved by I!?Ir. Bidwell seconded by Mr. Oldham. that <br />the statutory rules"be suspended and the resolution be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. <br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows., Bidtivell, <br />Decker, FaQCett, Oldham, Stearns, Tomes. Thereupon the reso- <br />lution was read the second and third times and put upon ity <br />passage and the affirmative vate thereon was as follotivs., <br />Bidwell, Decker, Favlcett, Oldham, Stearns, Tomes. Resolution #1102 was introduced by Mr. Bidwell. A Resolution <br />requesting the County Commissioners to conatruct a storm sewer <br />along Columbia Road from Butternut Ridge to the center of curve. <br />Ptioved by Yir. Bidwell, seconded by riir. Decker that the statutory <br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read the second and <br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on <br />said motion tiNas as follows., Bidwell, Decker, Fawcett, Qldham, <br />, Stearns, Tomea. Decker. A Resolution <br />approving bond of Ralph Villoni as Constable. Moved by 112r. <br />Decker seconded by Tllr. Bidwell that the above resolution be <br />adopted as read.
