A Resolution <br />to adopt the 'gudget for the year 1939. Moved by Mr. _Bidn°11, <br />seconded by. Pdr. Koeleriyn'that the above resolutzon be adonted <br />as raad. ."yeas" Bidwell, DQeker; I[oele??yn, Stentz, To;?QS. <br />Resolution 74iL965 was introduced by 'dr. Decker. A Rosolutian <br />transfarring appropriations. 14oved by ldr. Dacker secondQd <br />be ry2r. Bidrrall that the statut,?ry rule bQ suspended and tho <br />resolution be read immediately the second and third times <br />ancl put on its nassage.
