Schwenk. <br />., <br />The Plarcning Commission recamended the rezoning of a parcel of land south of <br />Brookpark ftoad and Lorain Road fram a"AA" ftesidence District to a Retail Busineas <br />Distr3ct. <br />, <br />Ordinance #2288 was introduced by Mr.,Baker. An Ordinarice to anerxi the Zone <br />Map and Zoning Urdinance of ths City of North 0lmsted by changing from a"AA"- <br />Residence District to a Retail Busineas District a parcel of land south o* <br />Br kpark Road and Lorain Rcad, The above ordinance was given its first readingp <br />o , <br />¦ <br />Mr. Decker, Chairmsn of the Safety Camnitteep stated that the Ccmmittee recmmnende3 <br />t'hat part-time f3reaen be raised fran $2.50 to $4.00 for the first hour, the second <br />hour rema3,nin? tha same - that their request was justified? ?.nd that Cauncil give <br />thought to the change. <br />?
