<br />A motion was made by Mr. Cridor and seconded lV Mr. MacDonald that the bida on the
<br />; Decker Road storm sewer be rejected, and the Safety-Service Director ba authorized
<br />? to re-advertioe, "Yeas" Baker., Crider, Kramer, MacDonald., Neubausr,, Schwenk.

<br />atatutory rule be suspended and the 8esolution be read immediatalp the second and
