Only one bid waa under the'Engineer's eat3mate arri that <br />? bid was nat sigjned; therefore, the Board of Control recomnended -that all bids be <br />` re?ected? `: and the Decker 8oad stonn sewer be re-?advertised. <br />A motion was made by Mr. Cridor and seconded lV Mr. MacDonald that the bida on the <br />; Decker Road storm sewer be rejected, and the Safety-Service Director ba authorized <br />? to re-advertioe, "Yeas" Baker., Crider, Kramer, MacDonald., Neubausr,, Schwenk. <br />, <br />? The Saf'ety-Service Director stated that bids were rvice3ved for the Decker Rosd #2 <br />? water main on March 30th, and the Board of ControI rscommended that ccmtrzct ` ba <br />awarcled to Fairview Park Excavating Co. in the amount of $12,712.35, The Engineer'a <br />estima,te waa $15,465.00. , . <br />Reso <br />IUtion #2280 was introduced by Mr. Baker.
