<br />A motion was made by Mr. Kraner and seconded by Mr. Decker that the minutes 'of
<br />JanuarY 3, 1956 be approved as read. "Yeas" Bakers Criders Decker, Kramer., MacDonald,
<br />Neubauer, Schwenk.
<br />The Safety-Service Director requested that a letter be read frcm John S. Evankos
<br />? 23899 Maple ftidge Rd... caWending the Fire and Police Departments in answering an
<br />emergency call at his home. .
<br />Mr, Yictor Webber requested street lights on Walter Raad between Gessner and Maple
<br />Ridge. A request was also made for two lights on Bradley 8oad Eactension. The
<br />matter was referred to the Utilities Cacmi.ttee.
<br />The Safety-Service Director aa Chairman of the Planning Commission, presented the
<br />plat of Harry Allen Sub-Division,-cover3ng the area at the corner of Lansing and
<br />Oring Roads*
<br />ordinarice,#2255 was 3ntroduced by Mr. Neubauer. An Ordinance accepting and approv- i
<br />ing Allen Sub-division on Oring Road for sub-division purposes and record, It was ?
<br />moved ard seconded tha.t the statutory rtal.e be suspended and the Ordinance be :- s
<br />read Immediately the aeconci and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative ;

<br />The Safety-Service Director presented the Fire Chief's report for the year 1955. j
<br />Mro Kramer read the Annual Report for The Ccmmunity Hospital. +

<br />Mr. Neubauer, Chairman of the Transportation Camnittess stated that a meeting i
<br />had bEen called with Fairview's Transportation Ccanmittee for Wednesdays but due to
<br />a cong],i,ctions it will be necessary to postpone that meeting. He alao stated ;
<br />that the Dr3ver's Cammittee had requested a meeting with the Council as a whola,
<br />4nd this meeting is to be held January 2ks 1956 at 8:00 P. M. He gaid that the
<br />mattdr 4f transfera for westbouud bussea wauld be studied. . ;
