<br />present were Dr. C. B. Lewis, Mayor, E. W. Baumgardner, President of Council,

<br />A mo't`ion was made by Mr. Neubauer and seconded by Mr. Baker that the m3.nutes of
<br />Deeember 6, 1955 be approved as read. ''Yeas" Bal:er, Crider, Decker, Knapp, Neubauer,

<br />The Safety-Service Director appointed John Morovich as Dog Warden.
<br />A motion was made by Mr. Baker and seconded by Mr. Decker that the above appointment

<br />afety-5ervice Director reported that the Board of Contrnl had purchased a
<br />`eat-cinder spreader for $970.00. He also stated that a drinking fountain`had been
<br />Iurchased for the Community Club House.

<br />Neubauer stated that a meeting of the Transportation Cammittee waa held Monday
<br />ri8ht to decide on rental to tha Bus Line for the housing of fire apparatus in the
<br />$us Garage, :
<br />4e$olution #221F4 was introduced by Mr. Neubauer. Resolution fixing the rental for
<br />u8e of Municipal Bug Garage wing by Fire Department, It wag moved and seconded that
<br />the third t?eory rule be suspended anri the 8esolution be read immediately the socond and
<br />l; a? Put vn its passage. The aff3nnative vote on said motion was as fol

<br />. read the second and third timea snd put upon its passage and the affirmative vote

<br />The Mayor read a copy of a aoanmxnication written by S. 0. Linzell, Director af the
<br />state Iiighway Department to The Horvitz Compar?q, in which they stated that the work
<br />°ll $rookpark Road has been inspected and faund to be completed in accordance with
<br />contract Mand that accordingly they wera relieved of responsibility ior flirther
<br />maiitenance oP this project.
<br />Tb° Mayor reported that application for renewal of our penait ha,d been tiled with
<br />the Water Pollution Control eoard.
<br />?pr Mayor read a cvmmunicat;ion frcm John J. Carney, requesting release oi his bond
<br />.?o thee Einprovements in North Olmsted Estates Sub-Division. The matter was reterred
<br />. ngineer for checking.
<br />We?tc ayor submitted tree plan from Edward H. Scanlon & Asaociates for Georgette Ave.p
<br />hester Dr. & Olmsted Drive; Ranchview and West Ranchview Avenue. Mr. Schwenk
<br />'Volunteered to work on the plan in connection with the Garden Clubgand also Mr.Neubauer, :
