<br />The Maycr read a letter from the inrater Pollution Control Board a.n wh3.ch they
<br />called attention to the fact that our permit No. 58.4 expires January 16, 19?6 and that
<br />application for renewal of this penni.t should be filed thirty days prior to the ex-
<br />Piration date. .
<br />The President of Council read a communication from Heine, Crider & Williamson,
<br />1.rchitect,, in tahich they su;gested a meeting with the Council on December 12, 1955,
<br />to review preliminar?f specifications for the tuo ne1•i fire stations. It cras agreed to
<br />meet on that date. :
<br />The r:ayor read a lettor written by S. D. Linzell, Director of the State Highway De-
<br />par'tment to The Horvitz-Company, in which thsy stated that the work on Brookpark
<br />P10wd has been inspected and found to be in accordance with the provisions of the
<br />contrsct, -; cept the Masticl: ftoad culvert.'
<br />The Mayor stated that the road was turned over t o us on November 30th, but that due
<br />tO the fact that we could not get delivery of the traffic liohts, the road iras
<br />t ackpe?ed. The poles ?rere delivered todaJ 4nd we understand the Zi?ts are at the
<br />in terminal in Cleveland, and should be delivered tomorroza.
