<br />A communication was read from the Planning Co-mm.ission recommending
<br />Engoglie and Cip3.ti, Sub-division #2, be accepted for recordin.g
<br />purposes only, providing a bond of ?1,200.00 is put.up for
<br />catch basins on I.cKenzie 'Road, and 12%" of the imyprovement cost
<br />put up for inspection of sewer and water. A communication was
<br />read from the City Engineer recommending basementless homes.
<br />The estimated cost of various improvements is 0350595.620
<br />Ordinance ;i-2473 was introduced by 11r. Schwenk. An Ordinance
<br />acceptinS the Plat of`Engoglia and Cipiti, for Sub-division
<br />and recording purposes only. It was nioved an.d secondEd that
<br />the statutorg rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put ori its passage.
