"Yeas" Ba.ker., Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, <br />Neubauer, Schwenk. <br />?. . <br />Zhe Nlayor reported to Council that the Board of Control had awarded the bid for a <br />' new fire truck to The Seagrave Corporation, cost of the fire truck being $2$,100.00, <br />additional equipznent $994.00., tota].,„ $29, 09k.00. A motion was mads by Mr. Schwen?t and seconded by Mr. Neubauer that the action of <br />the Board of Control be approved. Yeas" Baker, Crider, Decker., Knapp, Kramer, <br />Neubauer, Schwenk.: <br />A communication was.read from the Planning Comrnission recommending to Council that <br />approximately 350 feet of frontage of the Ackerer property, on the north side of <br />Lorain Hoad, adjacent and east of-the presently zoned retail business area, be re- <br />zoned from a multiple Residence District to a Retail Business District. , <br />A motion was made by Mr. Schwenk and seconded by Mr. Kramer that the Solicitor be <br />instructed to advertise the change and prepare an ordinance covering the change in <br />zoning from a multiple residence district to a Retail Business District. "Yeas" <br />Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk. <br />A communication was read from the Planning fbammission recommending that City <br />Council accept the Cedar Point Sub-Division for subdivision and recording purposes <br />°nlYs <br />Ordina,nce #2104 was introduced by Mr. Neubauer. An 4rdinance accepting and approv- <br />ing Cedar Point allotment for sub-division purposes and record only. It was moved <br />and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance,be read imm?e- <br />• diately the second and third tames and put on its passage. The affinnative vote on <br />said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk. <br />Thereupon:the Ordinance was-read the second and third'times and put upon its passage <br />and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp, <br />Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk. <br />Resolution #2105 was introducsd by Mr. Schwenk. A Resolution accepting and approv- <br />ing water easement for Cedar Point A1lotment. It was moved and seconded that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the ftesolution be re2d innnediately the second and <br />third times 2nd put on its pa.ssage.,, The affirmative vote on said motion was as <br />follows: Baker, Crider, Declter, Knapp, Kramerj, Neubauer, Schwenk.
