<br />MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED NIEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF TFiE CITY OF
<br />NORTH OIMSTED,$ OHIO
<br />Present were Dr. C._B. Lewis, Mayor, E.:Yd.-Bawngardner,-President of Council,
<br />?. H. Haker, Harry M. Crider, K. L. Decker,'R. G. Knapp, William H. Kramer,
<br />R. G. Neubauer, G. H. Schwenk. Article three of Zoning Ordinance in regard to allotments was thoroughl.y
<br />discussed.
<br />Moved by Mr. Schwenk a.nd seconded by Mr. Decker that we accept-the recommen- •
<br />dation of the-Planning Commission on allotments. "Yeas" Baker, Crider, Decker,
<br />Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk.
<br />The following bids were received on the $50,000.00 issue of the Fire Station
<br />Sites and Appartust .
<br />Hayden Miller & Company., O, premium $457.00 and certified check for
<br />$500.00. - ,
<br />First Cleveland Corporation, 3?%,"Premium $595•00 and certified check
<br />for $500.00. .
<br />Ryan, Sutherland & Coanpany, 3?%,, premium 0157.00 and certified check
<br />for 0500.00. . Seasongood & Mayer, 31%, premium 0365.85 and certified check for
<br />0500.00. . Resolution #2093 was introduced by 2ir. Schwenk. A Resolution accepting the
<br />bid of Hayden Miller & Company for bonds. It was moved and seconded that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the Resolution be read immediately the .
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Baker,_ Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk.
<br />Thereupon the Resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its -
<br />passa;e and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker,
<br />Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk. '
<br />Resolution #2094 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. A Resolution authorizing the
<br />Safety-Service Director to proceed with the purchase oY real`estate for site
<br />of Yuture construction of Yirehouse. It was moved and seconded that the -
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ftesolution be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The'affirmative vote on said motion.
<br />was as follows: Baker, Crider,, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk.
<br />Thereupon*the Resolution was read the second and third times and put upon ita •

<br />instructed to-advertise for bids for -printing codified ordinances. "Yeas"

<br />A comnunication received from tho Planning Commission recommending acceptance •
<br />o.f the plat of Beach Lane 5ub-Division for sub-dividing and recording purposes
<br />only. • .
<br />Resolution #2095 was introduced by Mr. Neubauer. A Resolution accepting the*
<br />plat of Beach Lane Sub-Division for sub-dividing and recording purposes only.
<br />rloved by Mr. Neubauer and seconded by Mr. Schwenk that the above resolution-be .,
<br />adopted as read. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Baker,
<br />Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk. ,
<br />Resolution #2096 was introduced by Mr. Neubauer: A Resolution approving
<br />water easement for Beach Iaxie Sub-Division. Moved by Mx. Neubauer and seconded
<br />by Mr. Schwenk that the above resolution be adopted as read. The affirniative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Bakdr, Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer,
<br />Neubauer, Schwenk. , .
