Novanber 3. 1954 <br />Re$olution #2064 was introduced by Mr. Crider. A Resolution requesting the Auditor to <br />furnish a certiticate of the estimated life or usetulness of the improvement of Canter- <br />bury Road f'ram Loraia Road to a drainage ditch 3000 febt northerly therefrom,, by con- <br />$ti`ucting therein a storjn aewer. Tt was moved. and aeconded that the above Resolution <br />be adopted as read. "Yeas" Baker, Criders Deckers, Knapp, Kramer., Sr,hwenk. <br />CERTIFICATE OF THE FISCAL QFFICER 11-3-54 <br />To the Council of the City of North 0lmsted,, Ohio: ` The undersigied, City Auditorp as the fiscal atficer of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohfo, as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code of Ohio, hereby certifies as <br />rouows: <br />1, That the estimated lite of the property or itnprovemeat'referred to ia your <br />Resolution No. 2064 of November 3s 1954, is hereby certified to be at least ten yeara. <br />2. The maximvm maturity of such notes calculated in accordance with the provisiona <br />? bf Section 133.20 of the xevised Code of Ohio ia two years. <br />3. The maximnm maturity of the borxis contemplated by said ordinance authorizing is- <br />sui.ng of notes is ten years. <br />All of which is respectfuLl,y submitted. <br />E. M. Christman, City Auditor <br />A motion was made by Mr. Kramer and seconded bq Mr. Crider-that the Service Director <br />be authorized to advertise for bids on the Canterbury Road atorm aewer. "Yeas" Bakerj, <br />Crider, Decker, KnaPp., Kramers, Schwenlt. <br />Ordinmee #2065 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. An Ordinance to provide for the issuing <br />Of notea in anticipation of the levy of apecial aasessments and in anticipation of the <br />issuing of bonds in anticipation of the collectfon of special assessmenta for the <br />iTaProveaent of Canterbury Road from Lorain Road to:a drainage ditch 3000 feet northerly <br />thereirom, by'constructing therein a storm sewer. It was moved and $econded that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinaace be read immediately the second and third <br />times and put on its passage, The affirnativa vote on aaid motion xas as.follaws: <br />Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp., Kramer, Schwenk. Thereupon the Ordinance was read the <br />second and third times and pnt upon,its passage and the affirm,ative vote thereon was as <br />fouows: Bakers, Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Schwenk. ' <br />A petition was received Por "ter main on Porter Road north of Lorain Road Yram end <br />°f existing main to the north city line. <br />A Ynotion was made by Mr. Baker and secanded by lir. Ktiapp that the Engineer iaspect the <br />black-topping on &anchview Aveuue 3n the Dan Henuska Sub-Diviaion.
