Novanber 3. 1954 Re$olution #2064 was introduced by Mr. Crider. A Resolution requesting the Auditor to furnish a certiticate of the estimated life or usetulness of the improvement of Canter- bury Road f'ram Loraia Road to a drainage ditch 3000 febt northerly therefrom,, by con- $ti`ucting therein a storjn aewer. Tt was moved. and aeconded that the above Resolution be adopted as read. "Yeas" Baker, Criders Deckers, Knapp, Kramer., Sr,hwenk. An Ordinance to provide for the issuing Of notea in anticipation of the levy of apecial aasessments and in anticipation of the issuing of bonds in anticipation of the collectfon of special assessmenta for the iTaProveaent of Canterbury Road from Lorain Road to:a drainage ditch 3000 feet northerly thereirom, by'constructing therein a storm sewer. It was moved and $econded that the statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinaace be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage, The affirnativa vote on aaid motion xas as.follaws: Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp., Kramer, Schwenk.
