<br />Present were E. W. Baumdardner, President of Council, L. H. Baker, Harry M. Crider,
<br />R. L. Decker, Wi.lliam H. Kramer, Bruce W. MacDonal.d, R. G. Neubauer., G. H9 Schwenk.
<br />Dr. Lewis was absent.
<br />Also present were F. G. Kitson, Solicitor, J4mes F. Votava, Safety-Service
<br />Director, Everett Dean, Engineer? E. 12. Christman, Clerk.
<br />In the absence of Mayor Lewis, E. F^t. Baum;ardner became llcting Mayor and Robert L.
<br />Decker became President pro tem. '
<br />Rewolution #2460 was introduced by Mr.
<br />regarding rezoning for light industry,
<br />seconded by Mr. Baker that the statuto,
<br />immediately the second and third times
<br />was as follows: "Yeas't Baker, Decker,
<br />Neubauer. Motion lost9
<br />Schwenk. A Resolution to appoint a committee
<br />A motion tras made by Mr. Schtirenk and
<br />ry rule be suspended and the Resolution be read
<br />and put on its passage.. The vote on the motion
<br />Schi•renk. "Nay" Crider, Kramer, MacDonald,
<br />Resolution #2461 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. A Resolution requesting the Auditor
<br />to furnish a certificate of the estimated life or use£ulness of the improvement of
<br />Decker Road from Mi.dvale Avenue to Southern Avenue,,by constructino therein a
<br />water main.. It taas moved and seconded tha,t the statutor-j rule be suspended and the
<br />Resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passaoe.
<br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows; Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer,
<br />MacDonald, Neubauer, Schwenk. Thereupon the Resolution zvas read the second and third
<br />times and put upon its passage and the affircnative vote thereon was as follows:

<br />The undersigned, City 1'.uditor, as the fiscal officer of the City of Plorth
<br />Olmsted, Ohio, as defir_ed by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code of Ohio, hereby
<br />certifies as follows:
<br />1. Trat the esti.rlated life of the property of improvement referred to in
<br />your Resolution No. 2461 of Ma.rch 25, 1957, is hereby certified to be at least
<br />ten years.
<br />2. The maximum maturity of such bonds calculated in accordanee i,rith the pro-
<br />visions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Statutes of Ohio is ten years.

<br />to furnish a certificate of the estimated life or usefulness of the improvement
<br />of Decker Road from Lorain Road to Tiidvale Avenue, b;; constructind therein a storm
<br />sewer. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />Resolution be read immediately the second and'third times and put on its passage.
