" He also read a conmnunication from <br />the Board of Elections directing attention to the General Election which will be <br />held on Tuesday, November 2, 1954 - 6:30 A. ri. to 6:30 P. M, <br />The Mayor reported that ho ha.d attended the Ohio Municipal League meeting in <br />Columbus recently and that he would submit his report a little later. <br />Ox'dinance #201+9 was introduced by Mr. Aleubauer. An Ordina.nce determining to pro- <br />ceed with the improvement of Barton Road froQn end of existing main `to county, <br />line by constructing therein a water main. It was moved and seconded that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the OrdinancQ be read imrnediately the second and <br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as <br />follot,,rs; Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer., Neubauer, Schwenk. That the estimated life of the property or improvement referred to in your <br />Resolution #2050 of October 5, 1954, is hereby certified to be zt least ten years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of such'notes ctil.culated in accordance with the provi- <br />sions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code of Ohio is two years. <br />3.
