-3- October 5, 1954. <br />The Bui.lding Commissionerl s report was read showing that permits in the amount of <br />$956.50 z•rere issued during the month of September. Estimated cost of building <br />was $699,850.00. <br />1-2r. Crider nominated Mr. Kramer and Mr. Decker.as council members to serve on the <br />Board of Trustees of the Police ReLief and 2'ension Fund. <br />There being no further nominations., a motion was made by Z2r. Schwenk and seconded by <br />A:r. Neubauer that the C].&rk cast a unanimous ballot on the above, and the Clerk <br />therefore cast the unanimous ballot. "Yeas" Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, <br />Neubauer, Schwenk. <br />Mr. SchwerLk nominated Mr. Dleubauer and I-Zr. Crider as council members to serve on <br />the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund. <br />There being no further ncminations. a motion tiJas made by Iir. Ba'_:er and seconded <br />by Mr. Knapp that the Clerk cast a unanimous ballot on the above, and the Clerk <br />therefore cast the unanimous ballot., "Yeas" Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp., <br />Kramer, Neubauer, ScYn?reri:s. <br />rlr. Yehlils offered to give an easement for 30 feet on proposed Charles Avenus on <br />Property of the Yehlils Construction Co. Inc. so a irater main could be installed. <br />It was the consensus of opinion of Council that Mr. Yehlik put up the requested <br />bond, so his plat could be accepted, after which he could go ahead with the in- <br />stallation of a water main. <br />The Mayor stated that bids on Brookpark Road would be taken October 14, 1954 and that <br />the road was scheduled to be completed by November 30, 1955. <br />The meeting adjourned to the ca11 of the Clerk. <br />? , -- -? <br />?.
