<br />Present were Dr. C. B. Lewis, Ma.yor, E. W. Baumgardner, President of Council.,
<br />L. H. Baker, Harry M. Crider, R. L..Decker, R. G. Knapp., tiJilliam H. Krazner.,
<br />Ralph Neubauer, G. H, Schwenk.
<br />Resolution #201+5 was introduced by Mr. Baker. A Resolution granting pern?ission
<br />for erection of a sign. (Judge Kinder) It was moved and seconded that the above
<br />Resolution be adopted as read. `"Yeas" Baker,, Crider., Decker., Knapp., Kramer.,
<br />Neubauer, Schwenk.
<br />Ordiriance #2046 was introduced by Mr. Schwenk. An Ordinance providing that re;ular
<br />members of the Fire Department of the City of North 0].msted, Ohio shall receive
<br />six days off duty with pay each calendar year. It was moved and seconded that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read incnediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affinna.tive vote on said motion was as
<br />follows: Ba:Ker, Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk. Thereupon the
<br />Ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affir-
<br />mative vote thereon was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kraner., Neubauer,
<br />Schwenk.
<br />Ordiriance #2047 was introduced by 14r. Decker. An Ordinance providing that regular
<br />members of the Police Department of the City of North 0]msted, Ohio, shall receive
<br />Six days off duty with pay each calendar year. It was moved and seconded that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read immediately the second and,
<br />third times and put on its passage., The affirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />fol.lows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk. Thereupon the
<br />Ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the af-
<br />firmative vote thereon was as follaws: Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, 1Veubauer,
<br />Schwenk. . Or'dj.nance #2048 was introduced -by Mr. Neubauer. An Ordinance to amend contract
<br />Of the City of North Olmsted with the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company C
<br />relating to street Lijhting service and to ratify and confirm the existing contract
<br />it all other respects. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be sus-
<br />pended and the Ordinance be read immediately th e second and third times and put
<br />on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider,
<br />Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk.: Thereupon the Ordinance iras read t he
<br />second and t hird times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon •
<br />was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk.
<br />A motion was made by Mr. 5chwenk and seconded by Mr. Neubauer that the Safety-Service
<br />Director be instructed to install a caution light at the intersection of Cla,gue r'oad and Virginia Avenue. "Yeas" Baker., Crider, Decker, Knapp, Kramer, Neubauer,
<br />Schwenlt.
<br />4r• Schwenk, Chairnian of the Safety Committee stated that the flasher for Maple
<br />4idge and Clague Roads and the Walk Light for Columbia and Lorain Roads had been
<br />delivered.
<br />The meeting adjourned to the call of the Clerk.
