<br />A petition was received from residents in the Clague-Virginia area requesting the
<br />erection of a caution light at the intersection csf Clague 8oad and Virginia Avenue.
<br />The matter was referred to the Safety Comnittee. Ordinance #2039 was introduced by PSr. Crider. An Ord3.nance to provide for the is-
<br />suance of notes in anticipation of the levy of special assessments and 3.n anticipa-
<br />tion of the issuing of bonds in anticipation of the collection of special assess-
<br />ments for the improvement of Root Road from end of existing main to a point 1203
<br />feet northerly by constructing therein a water main. It was moved and seconded that
<br />the <statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read iannediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative.vote on said motion was as fol-
<br />lows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp, PTeubauer, Schwenk. Thereupon the Ordinance
<br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative
<br />vote thereon was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp, Neubauer, Schwenk.
<br />Ordinance #2040 was introduced by Mr. Neubauer. An Ordinance dividing Lorain 8oa.d
<br />from the easterly city limits to the westerly city limits into six marked lanes f or
<br />traffic, end controlling the moveuient of motor vehicles. It was moved and seconded
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker., Knapp, Neubauer, Schwenk. Thereupon the
<br />Ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as followss Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp., Neubauer,
<br />Schwenk.
<br />Ordinance #201+1 was introduced by Mr. Knapp. An Ordinance giving the consent of
<br />the City of North Olmsted to the removal of snow and ice from certain roads within
<br />the city. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be su3pended and the
<br />Ordinance be read iaunediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
<br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Knapp,
<br />PJeubauer, Schwenk.. Z'hereupon the Ordinance was read the second and third times and

<br />RaY'Cowley because of threatened violence. The Law Director stated that Asr. Crider
<br />Should refer this matter to Ray Cowleyts superiors and action be taken from there, T,
<br />14r.,Crider was asked to subnit a written complaint to the Safety-Service Director,
